The short version
I believe the best progress is made with people, not around them.
My work has moved between public service, community leadership and organisational change. The common thread is helping people see the real challenge, find common ground and make a useful next move.
Whether the setting is a club, a team or a cross-sector partnership, I am most useful where ideas need connection, complexity needs clarity and good intent needs a path into action.
